In March and April 2026, the Striking Voices project team hosted a series of free interactive workshops that shared and created stories of climate justice, activism, young people and education, and that shared some of the methods used during the project.
In-person workshops included a cute mix of activities, with the freedom to roam between interactive stations: from zine-making, to collage-making, to weaving, to playing a conversation card game developed by the Striking Voices team and designed by @jessharwoodart. At the in-person workshops, we also shared a delicious lunch, provided by Chef Aheda’s Kitchen in Naarm (Melbourne) and Parliament on King in Warrang (Sydney).
Online workshop
The online workshop included opportunities to hear from the Striking Voices team about project activities (e.g. zine- and collage-making), findings and outputs (including a conversation card game developed by the Striking Voices team and designed by @jessharwoodart).Â
